{Growing together in Christ} Canaan fellowship welcomes anyone who is Christian or interested in knowing our faith and Christian life. Canaan fellowship provides a setting for us to experience Christian life as a body. Through our weekly programs and other activities, we serve our brothers and sisters with these objectives in mind: to experience the love in Christ, to grow our spiritual life, to support our Church, to reach out to the unsaved, and to facilitate social activities appropriate for Christians.
We usually meet on Saturday at Church. Our programs are variety based – from bible studies to prayer meeting, to seminar, to joint program with our Church, to social gathering, to special festival dinner. Every month, we also have small group meetings held at individual homes and at Church. Throughout the year, there are a good number of men’s group and women’s group meetings. We hope they would develop into support groups with solid spiritual footing. In addition to the regular programs and meetings, we also have camping, retreat and picnic. Such traditional annual events always give us a refreshing and joyful experience, and draw us closer as a result.
Our fellowship members consists of mostly first generation couples with pre-teen children. Most of us are originally from Hong Kong, mainland China or South East Asia. Our primary languages are Chinese (Cantonese) and English. In fact, we welcome everyone of any background.
