Membership

• Anyone who is a member of SVAC or attend SVAC regularly as a guest may apply for membership.
• Contact information, including phone number and/or email address, must be provided on the application for record purposes.
• Children under 11 requires a guardian’s signature on the application.

Duration of Circulation

• All books are due 3 calendar weeks from the date of checkout..
• All other materials (CD, DVD, magazines, tapes …) are due in 1 calendar week.
• Only books may be renewed once to extend the borrowing period by 3 calendar weeks.
• Reference materials and current issue magazines may be used in the library only and cannot be checked out.

Circulation Limits

• A maximum of 5 books, 2 magazines (past issues), and 2 multi-media items may be kept in each account concurrently.

Penalty & Fines

• One Dollar ($1.00) per week for each overdue item, up to Five dollars ($5.00) maximum charge per item.
• In the case of the material is lost or damaged, a full replacement cost of the material will be charged.
• Materials cannot be checked out by members with outstanding fines.
• Upon consulting pastoral staff, library staffs reserve the right to revoke or suspend a member’s privileges.
